Full World Ministry Conference Scholarships are for qualifying
international senior pastors. For these senior pastors, RCCM will cover all
conference expenses including first-class hotel accommodations, food service,
WMC shuttle service, conference registration and materials. Each guest is
required to pay a confirmation fee of $100 or $175 per couple. For RCCM
credential holders, the confirmation fee is waived. For more information on

pastors from overseas are encouraged to attended, but are asked to pay an
additional fee of $250.00. Guests are responsible for travel arrangements to
and from to Rochester, New York. When making your airline reservations,
please make sure your destination is Rochester, New York. In select nations,
international guests must register through the RCCM representative in your

Guests from the US and Canada may request special discount pricing from
participating hotels by requesting the World Ministry Conference rate. Each day
of the conference a complimentary breakfast and lunch will be served. There
will be fellowship and dinner each night after the evening rally. RCCM will
provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Rochester airport, the
hotel, and WMC rallies. For much more information and to learn everything

Arrival Procedure:
Most International guests will arrive from the Rochester airport, the bus station, and the train station. RCCM representatives will be present to welcome and transport guests.
International guests are first transported to the Clarion Riverside Hotel for registration. You will be taken to your first-class room in the premiere hotel in the city. Married couples will receive a private room, and guest pastors traveling alone will be roomed with another guest. Preferably a guest from a different nation.
Later on the evening of April 25th 2009, guests will be transported to RCCM for an orientation rally, an opportunity to meet the pastor and RCCM leadership, and International dinner. This evening will be filled with presentations, musical performances, videos, and previews of the conference. There will also be plenty of time that evening to learn about RCCM and tour the campus.

World Ministry Conference 2009 "Fatherhood" will feature a wonderful lineup of speakers that were specifically chosen of this powerful event. Full information and a Schedule of Events is forthcoming.
The World Ministry Conference is also widely known for its annual events including The Welcome Rally and Concert, The Processional of Flags, America: The Golden Door, Recessional of Flags and many more.
Services:
RCCM and the World Ministry Conference staff will be well prepared ready to help! A few of the auxilaary services we will be providing to World Ministry Conference guests are: A communications room with internet access and phone service; The Welcome Center, where you can get information on all things pertaining to the conference and RCCM; The Tree of Life Cafe a fully functioning cafe' located at RCCM where you can get drinks, snack and refreshments including Latte's and Frappe's throughout the day.
RCCM will also provide language translation for all international guests that require it, in their native lauguage.
